Check-in / Check-out:

• Check-in at Victory Stay, Chennai is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. To extend your stay, please contact the front desk. While we strive to maintain a secure environment, Victory Stay is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings during your stay. We encourage you to keep your valuables secure at all times.

Cancellations & Refund:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
• The refunded amount will be credited within 7 business days.

Public Decency and Behaviour:

• Bookings from local ID holders and unmarried local couples are not permitted.
• Any damage to property caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to the guest.
• Please comply with local laws and practice respectful behavior at all times.
• Gambling, illegal activities, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
• Guests are expected to dress modestly in common areas. Undergarments, swimwear, or overly casual attire are not allowed in public zones.
• Maintain a quiet environment, especially at night, to ensure a peaceful stay for all.

Hygiene and Security Standards:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.
• Items provided in the room are for in-room use only; please do not remove them.
• Cooking is allowed only in our 2BHK apartment – The Cove. Cooking is not permitted in any other rooms.
• Flammable items, hazardous substances, and weapons are not allowed on the premises.
• Pets are not permitted anywhere within the property.

Billing & Laundry:

• For extended stays, guests are requested to settle bills every 7 days. The full balance must be cleared at check-out.
• Washing or drying clothes inside rooms is not allowed. Laundry services are available—please contact our housekeeping team for assistance.
